I came here because I had to upload 360º panoramic photos to Google Streetview, which didn't work properly over the WiFi at our hotel.
And boy, was I surprised about the Internet speed at this Internet cafe. The lady who was working there explained that Gamtel is directly connected to the ACE cable (Africa Cost to Europe).
The cost for an hour is about GMD 20, which equals to approximately EUR 0,40.
Be prepared for old Windows XP machines, full of viruses and other bad stuff...

Didn't actually use it as the service employee was too busy talking to a friend on the phone. Got tired of waiting & left
